Hello darlings! Hope you are all doing so well and enjoying the first official month of Spring! It's hard to tell it's Spring here in Colorado because we usually get most of our snow and rain during March and April, but it's all good! I've been finding some really great local boutiques while exploring the Colorado Springs and Denver metro areas and thought I would share my faves with you! For the most part they are all women's wear focused, but as I find more I will keep adding to the list! Enjoy and happy shopping!

Barracuda Bazaar

2603 W Colorado Ave // Instagram: @barracudabazaar

Located in the heart of Old Colorado City, Barracuda Bazaar has been around for a while! I remember shopping here for stylish (and affordable) sunglasses since my middle school years! It's a fun and quirkier version of Francesca's with lot's of graphic tees, beautifully patterned dresses and the funniest refrigerator magnets.

ERBN boutique

2520 W Colorado Ave // Instagram: @erbnboutique

I recently came across this boutique when I went to a nearby french bakery for some croissants. I walked in and it immediately felt different from every other boutique in Colorado Springs! I loved it! Not only did they have a wide variety of stylish pieces, but everything retails for UNDER $50! No joke! It doesn't get any better than that! In addition to clothing, they also sell accessories, shoes and some home good items!

Eve's is another place I've been going to for years! A little off the beaten roads of Old Colorado City, this bright-pink-home turned local retailer offers luxury fashion at moderate prices. There's usually a good mix of wholesale and consignment options at Eve's and lots of fun little finds! They carry fun sunglass styles, the best smelling maple syrup candles EVER and trendy statement pieces. Not to mention their sale section is always huge! Who doesn't love a good sale, am I right??

W is the perfect mix of basic staples and that pop of color every girl always needs! W focuses on bringing the West Coast colorful chill vibes and the East Coast girlboss vibes to Colorado. I love everything they carry in store and their accessories are so on point! They also always have private shopping events with cocktails--who doesn't love cocktails and shopping?! With everything retailing for under $100, you can't go wrong shopping this branch of Wish Boutiques local to Denver.

2550 W Main St // Instagram: @velvetwolfboutique

I'll be the first to admit I found Velvet Wolf from my discover page on Instagram, but I'm so glad I did! Velvet Wolf, now with a couple locations, carries spunky graphic tees, fun and vibrant athletic wear and the best basic necklaces you will ever find! I love when local boutiques show their love for Colorado and Velvet Wolf doesn't disappoint with their accessories! When I found this Colorado flag necklace (first image pictured above) I knew I needed it and now I never take it off! And they offer color options in their jewelry! Rose gold, silver AND gold! So perfect, right?!

1620 Platte St // Instagram: @patternsandpops

I first found Patterns and Pops from their fashion truck, but they have now opened a brick and mortar location and it's lovely! I'm usually not a big patterns person, but they choose the best tops and dresses because the patterns aren't too flashy, but still bold! It's the ultimate girly girl boutique and it's in such a lovely area of Denver to just walk around, enjoy breweries and eat delicious food!

Hello darlings! Hope you are all doing so well! It's almost the end of February and we are having gorgeous weather in Colorado (for the most part)! I'm sure the snow will pile down on us in a few weeks time, but I'm enjoying not having to lug around a heavy jacket with me all the time! I'll be visiting Las Vegas in a couple weeks, so I know we will have warm weather there!

I styled this look while driving around Colorado Springs one sunny day and visiting Garden of the Gods and The Broadmoor-both are my fave places in the 719! The weather was so beautiful and I wanted to wear something light weight, but warm enough that I didn't need a jacket!

I found this adorable light grey sweater with zipper detailing on both sides and paired it with my trusty Topshop black skinnies and white Converse. I brought out my black fedora to keep the sun off my face (#palepeopleproblems) and wore my silver Dior sunnies, that I totally forgot about until this week! I usually don't wear lighter shades of colors, but I've been trying to embrace the light greys, pinks and purples to add some variation to my wardrobe! Enjoy the look!

Hello darlings! Hope everyone had a lovely holiday season and fab New Years! It's been a while since I posted a style post and that's because I try to spend more on others this time of year! However, I just started finding some pieces that are too lovely not to share!

I've recently discovered how much I love blush colored everything! I was always so afraid of the color because I'm super pale--like White-walker status pale (#GoT)! I started coming across a darker blush color, called dusty rose, which is perfect for my skin complexion! It's a mix between pale blush and rose gold, which I love! Not to mention, anything in blush velvet is amazing and I'm totally obsessed! I've put together a few items that I've recently found to love and hope you can learn to embrace the color too!

I've had this Coach clutch for a couple years, but never used it! I'm totally loving it now because the color is more neutral than I thought and adds a feminine touch to my all black outfits! I found this adorable Pop! Fizz! Clink! ornament at Anthropologie and KNEW I needed it seeing as I have the POP! FIZZ! CLINK! section to the blog! How perfect?! The blush velvet shoes I wasn't specifically looking for but happily stumbled upon! Not only are they a gorg blush color, but they are under $60 and velvet! So fab, right?!  Last but not least, I finally invested in a rose gold Mophie case. I'd known about them for a while, but never thought I really needed it, until I started charging my phone at least twice a day! I was able to find one on sale and I'm so glad I don't have to carry a portable charger with me now. Just as a heads up, they run cheaper if you have a regular size iPhone instead of an iPhone plus! I've also included some blush and dusty rose colored items I have my eye on and may possibly get! Shop the items quick though! Some are on winter clearance and may be gone soon!

Clutch: Coach // iPhone case: Mophie // Shoes: Steve Madden --runs large, order half size down--also find in-store at Nordstrom rack (UPC#: 661812202695) // Mug: Anthropologie (color: Peach) // Champagne Ornament: Anthropologie (style #: 40027070)

Are you totally loving blush as much as me?! Comment below and let me know what your blush crush is!

Cheers and Happy New Year!!
